Step 7: Data Differences Overview
Omega Sync will compare each and every record and value for all tables selected for comparison.
In addition, you can examine differences in each table visually - and even alter synchronization process to your liking. Depending on data synchronization mode you chose, you can several actions.
Explore the differences and specify which records or values to skip. You can also edit the sync direction.
By clicking on Action icon, you change the sync action for the row in question:
| • | Down icon - synchronize direction is reference -> work (record in work database is changed to mimic record in reference database) |
| • | Up icon - synchronize direction is reference <- work (record in reference database is changed to mimic record in work database) |
| • | UpDown icon - some values in record sync in one direction, some in other |
| • | Cross icon - whole row is skipped and will not be a part of the data sync process |
