Purchase Questions

I purchased a single copy of SqlTran. On how many computers can I use it?
On a single computer. SqlTran is node-locked, although it doesn't require hardware for protection. When SqlTran is installed and started, it requires activation. It is a very easy process, where you simply paste the activation code we gave you when you purchased the application.
What if I want to move SqlTran to my new machine?
No problem at all. Just uninstall the SqlTran and install it on the new machine. Our licensing engine will understand.
Will my license expire?
Depends on the license type. Trial licenses generally expire after 2 weeks. Purchased licenses are perpetual, meaning you will always be able to use the application. However, you can upgrade to new versions only with a valid support contract. Support contracts are renewed annually.
After my purchase, how long will it take before I receive my license key?
The license key(s) for the software you ordered will be sent to you by email as soon as your payment has been received. If you pay by credit card this will normally take only a few seconds. Very small percentage of orders need to go through manual verification, which can take 5-6 hours at most, though most of the manual verifications are cleared within one hour.
I have ordered, but have not received my license key. Can you help?
The license key will be emailed to you automatically after your payment has been received. For credit card payments this will be within a few minutes.
If you are sure your payment has been processed and still have not received our email with the license key:
- First, we recommend you to check your  Spam/Junk Email folder. Our email may have ended up there.
- Maybe you entered the wrong email address in the order form, causing our message to bounce. If so, just contact us with your correct email address and we will send it again.
