You can opt to create tables in Omni Loader and copy all the data without ever creating a code project in Fabric Migration workload. Omni Loader is perfectly capable of optimally completing the schema creation for tables, indexes, and foreign keys.

Another way is to create full schema in Fabric Migration workload, then use Omni Loader to ingest data into already existing tables. To do that, once you have created the live target database, proceed with creatin a Full Table Copy project in Omni Loader with exact same target database connection. To avoid recreating tables once more in Omni Loader, change the Table creation project option to Expect existing.
