Intermediate storage - Lakehouse

When using the Synapse `SQL Select` as a source you can select a Fabric Lakehouse as your intermediate storage.

`Lakehouse Workspace ID` and `Lakehouse Database ID` can be found by opening the desired Fabric Lakehouse in your browser and copying the GUIDs in the URL.

Lakehouse Workspace ID - GUID after the `groups` part
