SQL Express LocalDB

Connect to SQL Express LocalDB database simply by providing full path to its .MDF file.

Please note that LocalDB is not SQL Express - naming is confusing. To connect to SQL Express (also known as SQL Server Express), connect to it as if you are connecting to the full-blown SQL Server.
